YOGA MADE EASY
Yoga is NOT adopting various, sometimes difficult, body postures or Sit cross-legged, closing the eyes and breathe deeply through one or both Nostrils! Nor does it involve sitting and meditating in some remote jungle Or mountain top!
Yoga is something anyone of us, belonging to any age group or sex can practice in our daily life. It can be practiced irrespective of one's cast or creed and by anyone in any profession. All it needs, for anyone of us to benefit from yoga, is simply a desire and inclination to practice it. You need to have some basic information about yoga and you should devote some little time for YOURSELF to practice it. You should be able to allot about 20 to 30 minutes daily for this self elevating and greatly beneficial programme. For practicing yoga, you don't need any special or expensive equipment; nor do you need any place or deer skin to sit on. You can do it in your own drawing room or bed room.
What is Yoga and what are its benefits ?
Yoga is a means of "all round personality development at physical, mental, intellectual, emotional and spiritual levels"

All the mental faculties - power of concentration, memory , interactions with society , ability to remain calm in the face of various kinds of provocations etc greatly increases. One attains physical and mental "equanimity" and becomes unmoved by pleasure or pain. The "Yogi" remains perfectly balanced, calm and quiet at all times.
